Custom Dyed: Tied-Dyed Rooster Blocks: I usually cringe when I hear the word tie-dye, but for once, I really AM tie-dyeing!. Sherryl asked me to dye her embroidered rooster blocks in a simple target pattern with pastel yellows and pinks. This is a representative block of the 12 I dyed.

Custom Dyed: Ms. T's Dyed Pants: Ms. T wishes to remain anonymous - don't her pants look good?

Custom Dyed: Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, What Shall I Do?

This was the 2005 Omaha Quilters Guild Challenge. Participants had to use a traditional block (something old), the challenge fabric (something new), and the color yellow (wisdom borrowed from an anonymous quilter who said "every quilt should have some yellow in it" (something borrowed).
